1. Scope

BizRocketAu provides free website previews, web design, all-inclusive managed hosting, QuoteRocket quoting software, content updates, support, revisions, add-ons, domain help and related services. By using this site or ordering services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes, previews and approvals

  • Initial previews are provided to help you assess design direction and next steps.
  • A preview is not final delivery unless BizRocketAu confirms that it is the final delivered version.
  • You are responsible for reviewing previews, links, copy, contact details and requested changes before approval.
  • Approval moves the project into payment, delivery, hosting or launch preparation, depending on the option selected.

3. Free preview and managed hosting

BizRocketAu builds your website and shows you a preview free, within 24 hours. If you do not love the preview, you pay nothing.

Managed hosting

If you love and approve the preview, the website can go live for $30/month all-inclusive, covering hosting, SSL, backups, content updates and email support. An annual option is available at $300/year, which includes two months free compared with monthly billing. There is no lock-in contract and you may cancel anytime.

3A. QuoteRocket subscriptions

  • QuoteRocket is a hosted subscription service that helps a business collect customer measurements, information and estimate requests. Estimate ranges are indicative and are not a binding final quote unless the business expressly confirms otherwise.
  • The subscribing business is responsible for its services, rates, minimum charges, tax settings, customer communications and final prices. BizRocketAu assists with initial setup, but the business must review the configuration before activation.
  • Founding pricing is $20/month or $200/year with an active BizRocket managed website, and $30/month or $300/year for a website hosted elsewhere. Future standard pricing is $40/month or $400/year and $50/month or $500/year respectively.
  • The founding offer is available to the first 50 active QuoteRocket customers and remains while the relevant subscription is continuously active. Cancelling and later returning may result in then-current pricing.
  • QuoteRocket may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk or serious breach. Data may be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow reactivation, subject to legal, backup and record-keeping requirements.
  • Custom integrations, unusual formulas and work outside normal setup are quoted separately before work begins.

4. Extras, revisions and custom work

  • Extras such as logo help, extra pages and custom requests may require separate scoping or revision work before the site goes live.
  • Extra pages and custom requests are not automatically included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • BizRocketAu may decline work that is outside scope or unsuitable for the service offered.

5. Pricing and payment

  • The website preview is free and prepared within 24 hours where practical.
  • If you love the preview and choose to go live, the all-inclusive managed hosting price is $30/month.
  • The annual option is $300/year, which gives two months free compared with monthly billing.
  • There is no lock-in contract and you may cancel anytime.
  • Invoices, Stripe checkout links and subscriptions may be used to collect payment.
  • BizRocketAu may pause launch, hosting, support or content updates until payment is received.

6. Domain help and third-party services

Domain help is separate from domain registration fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Domains, DNS, registrars, hosting providers, mail providers and payment platforms are third-party services and may have their own terms, delays, outages, fees or verification requirements.

7. Client responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information, clear instructions and lawful content.
  • You confirm you have the right to use content, logos, images, text, trademarks and files you provide.
  • You are responsible for checking names, contact details, locations, and factual business claims before approval or launch.

8. Intellectual property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, BizRocketAu retains ownership of its working files, systems, internal tooling, methods, templates and pre-existing materials.
  • For one-off website file purchases, customer rights to use the final delivered site transfer once the relevant invoice is paid in full, subject to any third-party components and licences.
  • For managed hosting, BizRocketAu grants use of the hosted service while the hosting arrangement remains active and paid.
  • Preview pages remain BizRocketAu property unless the site is approved to go live or a separate written transfer is agreed.

9. Timelines

Any delivery timeframe, preview timeframe or launch estimate is an estimate only unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timing may change based on client response times, revision scope, third-party services, outages, domain setup or incomplete information.

10. Hosting, suspension and termination

  • Managed hosting may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, illegal content, abuse, security risks or serious breach of these Terms.
  • If a hosting service ends, BizRocketAu may remove the hosted website after a reasonable wind-down period unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional migration, export or handover work may be charged separately.

11. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law permits, BizRocketAu limits liability to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supply.

12. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizRocketAu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, third-party outages, domain or platform issues, search engine changes, or losses caused by inaccurate client-provided information. You should keep your own backups and records where relevant.

13. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact BizRocketAu first at [email protected]. BizRocketAu may suspend work or hosting while a payment dispute or chargeback is unresolved.

14. Changes to these Terms

BizRocketAu may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page unless a later date is stated.
